The newest ultra-premium wine crafted by Cult Cabernet Winemaker Celia Welch
One ton Sauvignon Musque and two tons Sauvignon Blanc were selectively hand harvested from 35 acres of organically farmed Oakville vineyards, then whole‐cluster pressed immediately. The juice was settled for 72 hours prior to racking into 30% new French oak and 70% stainless steel vessels for fermentation. The wine was left sur‐lie for four months with biweekly battonage prior to bottling.
Sauvignon Musque clone lends gorgeous aromatics to our Sauvignon Blanc. The Ashe vineyard has a naturally higher acidity resulting in a fresh and vibrant wine with aromas and flavors of citrus, peach and jasmine.
